Allison Brodsky, LCSW-R

Credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York (LCSW-R). Associations and Affiliations: National Association of Social Workers.

Allison is an LCSW-R who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children adolescents and groups.

With 10 years in the field of psychotherapy, Allison has worked with an array of different issues, such as: Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Career Issues, Stress management, Coping Skills, Anger Management, Bereavement and loss, PTSD, Depression, Parenting skills, Adjustment issues, School issues, and Separation/Divorce issues.

Allison's approach is to assist clients in developing the skills they need to achieve their life goals and establish a better sense of self.

Hours: Monday - Wednesday from 4:30pm - 9pm

John Lebrun, LCSW

John is an LCSW who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children adolescents and groups.

With several years in the field of psychotherapy, John has worked with an array of different issues, such as: Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Career Issues, Stress management, Coping Skills, Anger Management, Bereavement and loss, PTSD, Depression, Parenting skills, Adjustment issues, School issues, and Separation/Divorce issues.

John's approach is to assist clients in cultivating the skills to achieve their goals and find satisfaction within themselves. With children, John's efforts focus on helping to build self-esteem, manage fears, learn coping skills, improve behavior, and enhance peer relationships. John's work with adults and couples focuses on collaborating with clients to help identify underlying issues, develop goals, improve coping skills and enhance relationships.

Hours: Monday and Wednesday 9am - 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 9pm, and some Saturday availability.

Nancy Nowinski, LMHC

Co-Owner and founder of New Direction Group Ltd.
Credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. Associations: American Counseling Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association.

In Nancy's many years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, and the aging population, she has been helping people overcome issues of: depression, anxiety, impulsive disorders, anger management, self-esteem, abuse, and relationship issues. Nancy's approach is to assist you in a direction of greater fulfillment in your life and obtain the self-awareness and knowledge that leads to a stronger, healthier and more satisfying relationships.
